Terms & Conditions

By booking a trailer rental with Ram’s Junk Hauling, you agree to the following:

 

Rental Duration

• Rentals are for a 24-hour period.

• Standard drop-off: between 5 PM – 8 PM the evening before your rental day.

• Standard pickup: between 5 PM – 8 PM the following evening.

 

Pricing & Payment

• Base rental: $200 + dump fees.

• Extra days: $100/day (subject to availability).

• Dump fees are calculated at the dump.

• A $50 deposit is needed to complete your booking.

Cancellations
• Cancel 24+ hours before drop-off: Full refund of deposit or credit towards future appointment.
• Cancel within 24 hours: Forfeit of deposit.
• Weather or emergencies may be rescheduled without penalty.

 

Trailer Use Rules

• No hazardous materials, liquids, paint, chemicals, or tires.

• No concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles unless pre-approved (heavy load surcharge applies).

• Do not overload – debris must stay below the top rail.

• Load evenly to avoid tipping or damage.

• Customer is responsible for any damage, tire repair, or excessive cleaning.

 

Weight Limits

• Max load: 2 tons (4,000 lbs).

• Overweight loads: +$75 per extra ton.

• If landfill rejects the load, customer is responsible for offloading or return fees.

 

Access Requirements

• Provide clear access for drop-off/pickup (at least 25 feet).

• A $50 redelivery fee may apply if access is blocked or unsafe.

 

Damage & Liability

• Customer is responsible for the trailer during rental.

• Any damage or misuse will be billed to the customer.

• Ram’s Junk Hauling is not liable for injuries or property damage due to trailer use.
