Free Cancellations

• More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund of deposit or credit towards future appointment.

Late Cancellations

• Same-day cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice): Forfeit of deposit.

On-Site Cancellations / No Shows

• If our crew arrives and is unable to complete the job due to customer cancellation, no access to property, or unsafe conditions: Forfeit of deposit.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is always free with at least 24 hours’ notice: Deposit will be applied to new appointment.
